Business Opportunity Submission

The Joplin Angel Network gives entrepreneurs an opportunity through a network system to present their ideas to a group of investors who are Angel Investor Members. The Joplin Angel Network provides an investment matching service only and does not provide investment advice or recommendations. Investor Members are ‘accredited investors’ as defined by the Securities Act of 1933.

The Joplin Angel Network is primarily focused on early stage and grow-focused companies in the Tri-State area with a strong management team and good market opportunities. The Joplin Angel Network is non-sector focused and will accept Business Opportunity Applicants from all industries. There are no criteria for investment amounts requested, but typically the funding range is from $50,000 to $500,000.

To submit your Business Opportunity, entrepreneurs must complete the following online application that describes the opportunity. Typically this is in the form of an Executive Business Summary that is 10 pages or less and includes information about the business, the market, the management team, the use of the requested proceeds, current financials, and three years of projected financials. Accepted formats are PDF and DOC.
